Our story
Consulting that refuses to stop at the slide deck
GnP began with a simple frustration: too many operational reviews ended in recommendations no one ever implemented. Advisors handed over a report, then left. Software vendors sold a tool, then left. The hard part, making change actually stick, fell on teams already stretched thin.
So we built a firm that does both. We diagnose how work really flows, redesign it around clear ownership and controls, and implement the systems, including our own operations platform, FlooPilot, to sustain it. One accountable team, from first diagnosis to lasting adoption.
